• Tour confirmation is subject to a minimum of 2 participants.
• If the minimum is not met, the tour may be rescheduled, canceled, or offered as a private tour (with additional fees).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted after tour confirmation.
• In case of no-show, 100% cancellation charges apply.

3. Availability & Weather Conditions

• Tours are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
• If a tour is canceled by the operator, customers will be offered an alternative date or a credit voucher (no cash refund).

4. Transfers & Pick-Up

• Round-trip transfers are included only from the following resorts in Desaru:
